Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and hands-on experience in implementation, support, and optimization of PM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP PM module based on business requirements
• Work on end-to-end Plant Maintenance processes including:
• Equipment & Functional Location Management
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Work Order Management
• Breakdown Maintenance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation
• Support integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams
• Conduct user training and support UAT activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP PM configuration and support
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management
• Experience in at least 1–2 SAP implementations or support projects
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM (Material Management)
• Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
