Your work profile

• Around ~5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO  

·      For REMSC Region, accountable for the management of the technical and functional landscape under Finance, including technical and functional integration, full end to end process coverage in a multi-country solution.

·      Closely collaborates with all other ERP functions, non-ERP domains to provide high value solutions.

·      Engages in requirement analysis to decide which requirements are covered by available, standard functionalities for which functionality enhancements are needed and for which functionality workarounds are accepted.

·      Handling L3 level issues, Custom solutions and Enhancements.

·      Responsible for change management, training, and knowledge transfer to support finance teams and end-users

·      Drives continuous process improvements and optimization of Finance processes across REMSC region

·      Supports incident for critical production issues

Key Skills Required

• Education- Any Bachelors
• Ensure documentation, internal controls, and audit standards are complied 
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate closely with internal and client leadership, providing regular status 
• updates and insights.
•  Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and 
• automation within the FICO landscape.
• Preferred Qualifications
•  SAP FICO certification (optional but preferred).
• Experience in multi-module integration (MM, SD, PP).
• Exposure to automation and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, etc.)
