Job Summary:

The PMO RRO (Quality) Consultant will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery through effective governance, quality assurance, and risk management practices. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, monitor compliance, and deliver detailed reports that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, execution, and governance to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and validate project deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify project risks, analyze root causes, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and monitor SLAs/KPIs to ensure service quality and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve process effectiveness.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist in compliance reviews.
  • Proactively suggest process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.


Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or PMO roles within IT or consulting environments.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Experience in quality control, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in report generation and dashboard preparation using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and supplier interaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured SOPs consistently.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or Six Sigma.
  • Exposure to IT service delivery, managed services, or governance frameworks like SIAM.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SAC, or other ITSM platforms.
