Job Title: SAP QM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to support and enhance Quality Management processes. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP QM and experience in implementation/support projects, ensuring quality processes are effectively integrated with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP QM module as per business requirements
• Work on core QM processes including:
• Quality Planning
• Inspection Planning
• Quality Inspection (Incoming, In-process, Final)
• Quality Notifications
• Defect Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Handle integration with SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP team
• Support UAT activities and end-user training

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration and support
• Good understanding of quality processes in manufacturing environments
• Experience in at least 1–2 SAP implementations or support projects
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM (Procurement) and PP (Production)
• Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
