Your work profile

• As a SAP RE-FX Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Should be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP RE-FX solutions while collaborating with business users to optimize lease and property management processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
• Configure SAP RE-FX to support business processes and client requirements.
• Manage:
• Lease-In and Lease-Out Contracts
• Property and Rental Object Management
• Business Partner Management
• Rent Calculation and Periodic Posting

Key skills required

• 4 years of experience in SAP Refx
• Service Charge Settlement
• Contract Renewals and Terminations
• Support IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute data migration, cutover activities, and provide go-live support.
• Resolve production issues and support enhancements.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
