Your work profile

SAP SD Consultant with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, supporting multiple business units across diverse industry verticals. Responsible for leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution delivery, business process transformation, application support, enhancements, and project implementations. Acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring scalable, standardized, and efficient SAP SD solutions across a multi-client, multi-industry environment.

Key Skills Required

SAP SD Solution Delivery

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SD solutions across multiple business functions and industry domains.
• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including:
• Inquiry and Quotation Management
• Sales Order Processing
• Delivery Processing
• Billing and Invoicing
• Returns and Credit/Debit Memo Processing
• Pricing and Rebate Management
• Credit Management

Business Requirements & Solution Design

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard SAP best practices.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Specifications, and Solution Design Documents.

Cross-Functional Integration

• Work closely with SAP FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and other functional teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of Order-to-Cash processes with upstream and downstream business processes.
• Support interface and integration requirements with non-SAP applications.

Enhancements & Development Support

• Define and review functional specifications for custom developments.
• Collaborate with ABAP development teams for:
• Enhancements
• User Exits
• BAdIs
• Forms
• Interfaces
• Reports
• Validate delivered solutions through functional testing and business sign-off.

Reporting & Analytics

• Drive reporting and analytics requirements using SAP standard reports, CDS Views, and Fiori applications.
• Design reporting solutions for end-to-end sales document flow visibility and operational performance monitoring.
• Support management reporting and KPI dashboards.

Support Management

• Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business users, project managers, architects, and leadership teams.
• Provide consulting recommendations and solution alternatives.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Act as the primary SAP SD point of contact for assigned business areas.
