Job Title: Scrum Master + SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN), Consultant

Job Summary:

Deloitte is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) to join our consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of combined experience in Agile project delivery and SAP Solution Manager tool usage to effectively lead SAP project teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed and SOLMAN is leveraged for SAP lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile Scrum teams for SAP-related projects, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles to enhance team productivity and delivery quality.
  • Remove impediments and foster collaboration between product owners, developers, and SAP consultants.
  • Track sprint progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) and provide transparent communication to stakeholders.
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritize deliverables with Product Owners.
  • Manage risks and dependencies affecting sprint goals.

SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager to support project governance, test management, and change control processes.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, and Basis teams to ensure smooth usage of SOLMAN tools during SAP implementations and support.
  • Manage SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) and transport workflows via SOLMAN.
  • Monitor SAP systems using SOLMAN diagnostics and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and project teams on SOLMAN functionalities.


Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead, preferably in SAP environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, including configuration, change management, and test management.
  • Experience working on SAP implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and SAP landscape architecture.

Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (required).
  • SAP Solution Manager certification (preferred).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and SAP Service Desk integration is a plus.
