Role Overview

We are seeking a SAP Tool Chain Architect (Consultant) with strong expertise in Process Intelligence and Process Insights, capable of delivering analytics-driven improvements across enterprise business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience analyzing process data, building KPI frameworks, developing dashboards, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.

You will work across multi‑functional teams to interpret process behaviours, design analytical models, and derive actionable insights that support large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and optimize process mining data pipelines, process models & dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed, scalable technical specifications aligned with global best practices.
• Develop, govern, and standardize KPI frameworks including cycle time, wait time, rework, SLA adherence, and conformance metrics.
• Build recurring process insight reports, dashboards, and performance packs for leadership decision‑making.
• Apply functional understanding of SAP business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.) to validate data and interpret process variations.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations and quantified impact assessments supporting improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, metadata standards, and security requirements for all integrations.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best‑practice libraries, support knowledge transfer and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in process data analysis, process mining, or business process insights.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPIs, metrics modelling, and process performance evaluation.
• Experience interpreting business requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
• Hands‑on experience working with event logs, datasets, and process documentation.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with SMEs and functional owners.
• Education - Any graduate

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to process mining platform - Signavio
• Understanding of SAP data structures across O2C, P2P, R2R business cycles.
• Familiarity with automation, root-cause analysis, and statistical modelling.

As an integrated tool chain COE team, we define, implement and govern the integrated tool chain strategy across South Asia clients at Deloitte. Act as a central point of expertise to ensure the tool chain aligns with the client goal & transformation initiatives.

Team drives enterprise transformation through data‑driven insights, process diagnostics, and operational performance improvement. We leverage standardized frameworks, advanced analytics, and a deep understanding of process behaviour to help clients enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity.

Location & Work Mode

Base location and hybrid/on‑site model to be aligned with client and project needs, mirroring Deloitte’s hybrid working structure.
