Your work profile

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and business discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for transformation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead and support SAP Syniti data migration, transformation, and integration projects.
• Design data replication, cleansing, validation, and transformation strategies.
• Configure and customize SAP Syniti solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop and optimize data workflows for seamless system integration.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity during migrations.
• Create test cases, support testing activities, and validate migration outcomes.
• Provide training, guidance, and post-implementation support to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building.
• SAP Syniti Expertise Required
• SAP Syniti Data Migration and Data Management.
• Data cleansing, transformation, and replication.
• Data quality analysis and governance.
• SAP integration and migration best practices

Key skills required; -  

• 6 - 10 Years of Experience in SAP Synity
• Lead and assist with the implementation of SAP Syniti solutions, including data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for data solutions.
• Design and implement data replication, cleansing, and transformation strategies in SAP Syniti.
• Develop and optimize data workflows and processes to ensure seamless data integration between systems.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices on SAP Syniti tools, helping clients maximize the value of their investment.
• Conduct data analysis to ensure data quality and integrity during the migration process.
• Configure and customize SAP Syniti software to meet specific business needs.
• Develop test cases and participate in testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data migration.
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Syniti solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP Syniti and related technologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or MBA
