Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Design: Lead end-to-end S/4HANA TM project implementation, from discovery to hypercare, including fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure key SAP TM components: Freight Order Management, Planning, Charge Calculation, and Carrier Selection.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, EWM) and external carrier systems.
• Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex TM issues, including master data setup, BRF+, and PPF (Post Processing Framework).
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops with business users, create functional specifications, and provide training. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Generally 3–6+ years of specialized SAP TM experience, often requiring at least 1-2 full life-cycle implementations.
• System Knowledge: Expert knowledge of S/4HANA TM (embedded or standalone).
• Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of logistics, transportation, freight costing, and carrier settlement.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to design technical solutions to solve complex business logistics problems. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of newer tools such as BN4L (Business Network for Logistics) Freight Collaboration or GTT (Global Track and Trace).
• Experience with SAP EWM
