Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Control-M scheduling, Splunk monitoring, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in implementation and AMS monitoring projects, be capable of identifying and resolving Control-M job failures, and take quick, informed decisions in critical production environments.

• Configure, monitor, and support Control-M batch jobs in production and non-production environments
• Analyze and resolve failed Control-M jobs, dependencies, and scheduling issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
• Use Splunk to monitor application logs, batch executions, and system health
• Create and maintain alerts, dashboards, and reports in Splunk
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Support AMS monitoring and production support activities (L2/L3)
• Work in highly customized environments with multiple integrations
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams during incidents
• Document solutions, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials

 Key skills required: 

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Control-M, Splunk, and SQL
• Strong hands-on experience in Control-M scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Proven experience in implementation and AMS monitoring projects
• Solid understanding of job dependencies, calendars, alerts, and SLA management
• Good hands-on experience with Splunk search queries, dashboards, and alerting
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and issue investigation
• Ability to analyze incidents quickly and take immediate decisions
• Experience working in highly customized and critical production systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Experience with batch processing in SAP or enterprise applications
