Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving issues within the Salesforce environment, including user-reported problems, system errors, and application malfunctions.
System Administration: Managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
Application Maintenance: Ensuring the stability, performance, and security of existing Salesforce applications and configurations.
Integration Management: Working with other systems and applications by maintaining and improving integrations using web services and APIs.
Knowledge Management: Documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps, and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and collaborating on solutions.
Testing and Optimization: Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through testing and optimization.
