Experienced ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in implementing, customizing, and integrating ITSM modules and third-party systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, flow designer, and workflow automation.
  • Integration Experience:
  • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, SolarWinds, Jira, SAP, etc.
  • Utilize IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and scripted REST APIs to build robust integration frameworks.
  • Work on external systems integration including authentication via OAuth2, SAML, and API tokens.
  • Development & Scripting:
  • Create scalable and maintainable solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Scripted APIs.
  • Perform customizations using UI pages, widgets (Service Portal), and complex catalog items.
  • Develop custom dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics and reporting modules.
  • Platform Support & Maintenance:
  • Participate in upgrades, patching, and testing.
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Implement security controls including ACLs, roles, and access models.
