Experienced ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in implementing, customizing, and integrating ITSM modules and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, flow designer, and workflow automation.
- Integration Experience:
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, SolarWinds, Jira, SAP, etc.
- Utilize IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and scripted REST APIs to build robust integration frameworks.
- Work on external systems integration including authentication via OAuth2, SAML, and API tokens.
- Development & Scripting:
- Create scalable and maintainable solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Scripted APIs.
- Perform customizations using UI pages, widgets (Service Portal), and complex catalog items.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics and reporting modules.
- Platform Support & Maintenance:
- Participate in upgrades, patching, and testing.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Implement security controls including ACLs, roles, and access models.
