Job Title:  Consultant | ServiceNow Developer - ITOM / ITAM / GRC | Bengaluru | ServiceNow

Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow IRM Developer to support the development, configuration, and maintenance of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of ServiceNow and an interest in risk, compliance, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk) under guidance from senior developers.
• Support development of workflows, forms, UI policies, and notifications.
• Perform basic ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Help with data imports, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint delivery.
• Assist with testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow concepts such as tables, forms, workflows, and roles.
• Awareness of risk, compliance, or audit concepts (academic or project exposure acceptable).
• Willingness to learn ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or working toward certification.
• Exposure to IRM / GRC modules or regulated environments.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing team.
• Proactive and open to feedback.

Experience

• 2–5 years of ServiceNow or relevant development experience.
