Your work profile

·      Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.

·      Configure and maintain SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, and Investment Funding.

·      Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

·      Configure workflows, forms, business rules, Flow Designer flows, notifications, and dashboards to support business processes.

·      Support project, demand, resource, and portfolio management processes through system configuration and reporting.

·      Develop and enhance reports, KPIs, Performance Analytics dashboards, and workspaces for stakeholders and leadership teams.

·      Collaborate with business, PMO, and technical teams to support process improvements and platform enhancements.

·      Assist in integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and web services.

·      Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and documentation for SPM implementations and enhancements.

·      Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and architects to support ongoing SPM initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

·      Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards for portfolio health, capacity, and financials

·      Build and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and enterprise applications such as ITSM, CMDB, ERP, HR systems, and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

·      Support UAT planning, defect triage, issue resolution, and production deployment activities, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.

Key skills required

·      3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with strong exposure to SPM modules.

·      Good experience in ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Portfolio Management.

·      Experience in configuring workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, Flow Designer, and notifications.

·      Good understanding of project lifecycle management, portfolio governance, resource planning, and financial tracking processes.

·      Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.

·      Experience in creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics solutions for business stakeholders.

·       Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

·      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

·      Good understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow platform best practices.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

·      Preferred certifications:

o  CSA (Certified System Administrator)

o  CAD (Certified Application Developer)

o  CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
