Key Responsibilities
- Application Support
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for CCH Tagetik applications.
- Monitor daily system operations and batch processes.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Functional Support
- Support Financial Consolidation and Close processes.
- Assist users with Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting activities.
- Validate and reconcile financial data.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Enhancement & Maintenance
- Implement minor configuration changes and enhancements.
- Maintain business rules, workflows, reports, and forms.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
- Document support procedures and knowledge articles.
- Data Management
- Monitor data loads and integrations.
- Investigate data discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
- Support interfaces between Tagetik and source systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stakeholder Interaction
- Act as a point of contact for finance and business users.
- Communicate issue status and resolution updates.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions when required.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in CCH Tagetik support or implementation.
- Understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting processes.
- Experience in application support and incident management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, CPM/EPM, or Financial Systems.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik.
- Experience leading global finance transformation programs.
- Proven track record managing large-scale implementation projects and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
- CCH Tagetik Certification(s).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience with Big Four consulting firms or leading system integrators.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, ESG reporting frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
