Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Consultant – Generative AI with 1–3 years of experience in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI and conversational chatbot development. Exposure to frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is expected.

This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for building AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models tailored to client needs.
• Develop conversational chatbots and custom NLP solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Work with LLMs to build intelligent language-based models and agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to support solution development.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI frameworks and proactively adopt emerging tools and techniques.
• Contribute to solution deployment on GCP, Azure, or AWS, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Support development and deployment of AI services using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
• Product management experience.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to LLMs and their applications in real-world use cases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Basic knowledge of web application development.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
