- 3+ years of overall experience in implementation, support and enhancements of WMS application
- Flexible to travel to client location when required.
- Support and manage the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle WMS software (based on client needs.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of WMS with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.), barcode systems, and other software tools.
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and performing system upgrades and patches as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse management, operations, IT, and vendors to ensure the solution meets business goals.
