Position: Cybersecurity GRC Specialist

Location: Pune

Job Summary: As a GRC Specialist, you will support the organization's governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. You will assist in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining effective governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of GRC policies and procedures.
• Support risk assessment activities, including identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks.
• Help in maintaining compliance documentation and reports.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance assessments. 4+ years of experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
• Assist in training and awareness programs related to GRC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information technology, or a related field.
• Good understanding of GRC frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 31000, Privacy, Third party risk assessment, Intellectual property protection).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
