Your work profile

 

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – HR Managed Services to lead end-to-end service delivery across HR operations for global clients. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HR Managed Services engagements, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

 

  • Lead the delivery of HR Managed Services, covering processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Talent Management, and Core HR.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with clients to understand their HR technology landscape and continuously identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization.
  • Manage governance, reporting, and performance reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build strong domain and delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Transition, PMO) for smooth onboarding of new accounts and process transitions.

 

 

Key skills required: 

  • 10–15 years of experience in HR Operations 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and global service delivery models.
  • Hands-on experience managing operations delivery leveraging Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM or Darwinbox
  • Proven track record of managing large client accounts and service delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in setting up or scaling HR Managed Services or GCCs.
  • Educational Qualifications-Any Bachelors
