Job Title:  Deputy Manager | Accounting & Reporting | Bengaluru | Accounting & Reporting Assurance

·      Accounting and reporting in multi-GAAP environment: Hands on experience of accounting and reporting under IND AS/IFRS/US GAAP, including understanding of GAAP differences and SEBI LODR requirements

·      Hands on experience on closing process, process improvisation, process streamlining, budgeting/forecasting etc.

·      Experience of business combination, consolidation, revenue recognition, financial instrument, ESOP etc.

·      You must demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP/Companies Act 2013/ SEBI LODR

·      Experience on IPO related projects and deal reporting will be an added advantage

·      Experience in and willingness to conduct trainings and deliver technical articles / publications

·      Exposure to ERP like SAP/ S4 HANA/ Oracle Netsuite/ MS Dynamics/Power BI/Tableau/ Visualization tools etc. will be an added advantage

·      Leadership Capability: team management, effective communication, project management, business development, presentation, stakeholder management
