In our Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards

  • Translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions
  • Define architecture for data pipelines, model training, inference, and deployment
  • Lead solution design for LLMs, RAG pipelines, ML models, and AI-driven applications
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and cloud services
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams
  • Review code, system designs, and AI model integration approaches
  • Drive AI best practices, governance, and responsible AI adoption

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or enterprise systems

Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML architectures and Generative AI

Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.)

Deep understanding of ML lifecycle (data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment)

Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

  • Experience designing REST / event-driven APIs for AI systems
  • Solid understanding of data architectures (SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, vector databases)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)

Cloud & Platform Expertise

  • Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio)
  • Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Cloud-native architectures and microservices
  • Identity, security, and access management for AI systems

Good to Have

  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)
  • Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, document processing)
  • Knowledge of edge AI or real-time inference systems
  • Certifications in Cloud or AI Architecture
  • Experience in regulated domains (finance, healthcare, manufacturing)

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to present architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience mentoring architects and senior engineers
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced AI/ML certifications are a plus

 

Location and way of working.

  • Base location: Bangalore
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
