Job Title:  Deputy Manager | Contract Management | Pune | Sustainability & Emerging Assurance

Work you’ll do

As a Team Member in our Sustainability & Emerging Assurance team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

You’ll:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyse CLM requirements, ensuring a detailed understanding of functional needs and process gaps.
• Participate in end-to-end CLM solution configuration, customization, and process alignment activities.
• Conduct and support design & development workshops, client demos, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system configurations, integration alignment, and quality delivery.
• Assist in developing training content and facilitate “train the trainer” or user onboarding sessions.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, configuration decisions, and project-related deliverables.
• Support testing cycles by validating configurations, identifying defects, and ensuring appropriate resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities within the CLM processes or configuration.

Responsibilities

• Support the complete lifecycle of CLM implementations, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare project documentation including BRDs, SDDs, use cases, test plans, and training materials.
• Conduct client-facing demos and walkthroughs to validate solutions and gather feedback.
• Work closely with delivery leads to ensure timely, high-quality execution of client deliverables.
• Support integration and migration teams to ensure seamless solution rollout.
• Facilitate change management activities and knowledge transfer for IT support or business teams.
• At least 1–3 end-to-end CLM implementation experience in India or globally.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas for short-duration engagements
