Your work profile

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies.
• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Develop AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams to design scalable AI solutions and APIs.
• Develop and deploy AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement MLOps practices using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor AI model performance, governance, security, and responsible AI compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI, Machine Learning, and software engineering best practices.

Work in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned with business
Key skills required

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI solutions (text, image, audio, video).
• Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
