Your work profile

• Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend innovative solutions using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, and Weaviate.
• Develop AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams to design scalable AI solutions, APIs, and microservices.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Establish and maintain MLOps practices using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Drive AI governance, model monitoring, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Work with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality AI and data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to capability building within the organization.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and advanced machine learning technologies
  
  Key skills required

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI solutions (text, image, audio, video).
• Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Generative AI are preferred.
