Job Title:  Deputy Manager | Income Tax Laws | Bengaluru | Business Tax

a) Skills in US or UK taxation work - preparation of computation and tax returns, filing appropriate notifications before tax authorities, as required (For instance - (i) US tax - Form 1120, Form 1065, 5471, 8858 & 8865 (ii) UK Tax - CT 600) are mandatory

b) Extraction of required data from Client ERP, to the extent required (preferred)

c) Proficiency with Tax software - Onesource, Go systems, Corp Tax, etc. (preferred)

d) Excel skills should be intermediate to expert level (Mandatory)

e) Ability to effectively communicate and manage clients is preferred

f) Candidate with prior experience of working in an India GCC setup will be preferred

g) Work Location - Hybrid setup in Bangalore/ Mumbai or Delhi
