As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Change Manager to lead our change management initiatives, focusing on cybersecurity, patch management and production support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex change processes, ensuring system security, and maintaining operational stability.

- Manage Service Request workflows, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment through ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to monitor change, patching, and request management KPIs.
- Identify risks related to changes and patches and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Continuously improve Change, Patch, and Request Management processes based on operational feedback and metrics analysis.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and update technical documents, including change procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Assist in the creation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Desired qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Business Management is preferred.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in handling ServiceNow change tickets.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in using patch management tools and software.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for change management.
- Ability to analyse risks associated with changes and patches, ensuring they are managed effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during change implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to document change management processes and outcomes clearly.
- Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives and ensuring system security and stability.
- Good communication and presentation skills

- ITIL V4 (Mandatory)
- Certified Change Management Professional (Good to have)
- ServiceNow (Good to have)
Location and way of working
- Base location: Bangalore
