Oracle Fusion Finance ERP + OIC Tech Lead
Technical Lead – Corporate Finance Portfolio (Oracle Fusion Financials)
Role Summary:
Our client, a prominent wealth management firm, is undergoing a major ERP transformation and seeking an experienced resource with a proven track record of hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance implementations for large enterprises.
As the Tech Lead, you will design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications supporting the Corporate Finance portfolio.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and SMEs to review, audit, and validate critical project artifacts—ranging from functional and technical designs to code, test cases, and deployment plans.
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will guide the modernization and successful release of this migration program, provide industry best practices while striking the perfect balance between strategic technical architecture and hands-on execution.
Qualification & Required Skills
Proven track record migrating large-scale enterprise ERP systems to the cloud
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on implementation and leadership experience across at least three of the following Oracle ERP Finance modules: EDMCS, AR, AP, FAH (including Primary/Secondary Ledgers and Partnerships), Joint Venture, Cash Management, Asset Management, ARCS, and FCCS
Deep understanding of ERP databases and relational structures, with specialized expertise in database schemas and data relationships required for mapping legacy-to-cloud data
Strong technical and analytical mindset, with the ability to actively participate in design meetings and deliver robust architecture solutions and implementation strategies for core Oracle modules
Hands-on experience utilizing and developing Oracle PaaS extensions, plugins, and implementation accelerators
Strong technical background in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, and Oracle cloud migration patterns
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully navigate and resolve complex financial system transformations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently convey technical details in writing and speech to influence architectural decisions across both business and technical boundaries
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building secure, scalable integrations and PaaS extensions
Prior Experience on Azure Databricks
General familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, security, and Oracle ATP/ADW
Prior experience working within the Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Asset Management industry
