As a member of our Cyber  team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients, always aiming to exceed client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Author, review, and maintain Cyber policies and procedures end-to-end, from requirement gathering to final publication.
  • Ensure procedures are fully aligned with policy intent, regulatory expectations, and organizational standards.
  • Translate policy requirements into clear, actionable, and operationally usable procedures.
  • Conduct SME workshops, walkthroughs, and validations to ensure accuracy and practicality.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews and approvals, including senior leadership, within defined timelines.
  • Perform gap analysis on existing policies/procedures and update outdated or ineffective documentation.
  • Handle exceptions and deviations by defining approval, documentation, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Plan and execute bulk revisions (e.g., 200+ policies/procedures) in response to regulatory or guideline changes within limited timelines.
  • Ensure regulatory traceability by mapping regulatory requirements to procedural steps.
  • Support risk management documentation, including creation and enhancement of risk management procedures.
  • Release procedures with proper version control, governance approvals, communication, and training plans.
  • Measure and monitor procedure effectiveness using audit findings, error rates, SLA adherence, and user feedback.
