Key Responsibilities:

- Author, review, and maintain Cyber policies and procedures end-to-end, from requirement gathering to final publication.
- Ensure procedures are fully aligned with policy intent, regulatory expectations, and organizational standards.
- Translate policy requirements into clear, actionable, and operationally usable procedures.
- Conduct SME workshops, walkthroughs, and validations to ensure accuracy and practicality.
- Manage stakeholder reviews and approvals, including senior leadership, within defined timelines.
- Perform gap analysis on existing policies/procedures and update outdated or ineffective documentation.
- Handle exceptions and deviations by defining approval, documentation, and escalation mechanisms.
- Plan and execute bulk revisions (e.g., 200+ policies/procedures) in response to regulatory or guideline changes within limited timelines.
- Ensure regulatory traceability by mapping regulatory requirements to procedural steps.
- Support risk management documentation, including creation and enhancement of risk management procedures.
- Release procedures with proper version control, governance approvals, communication, and training plans.
- Measure and monitor procedure effectiveness using audit findings, error rates, SLA adherence, and user feedback.
