The Regulatory & Financial Risk vertical is an integral part of Strategy Risk & Transactions (“SRT”) Services. The Corporate Intelligence vertical supports clients across sectors with qualitative inputs through public record research and market enquiries based due diligence to assess the integrity, background and reputation of entities and/ or individuals that the client may wish to transact with or enter into a business relationship with.

Your work profile

Full Stack Development:

·        Proficient in Python, with strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

·        Hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI for backend development and REST API design.

·        Strong experience in frontend development using React.js, including component-based architecture and state management.

·         Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive user interfaces.

·        Experience working with multi-module, package-based applications and scalable project structures.

·        Strong knowledge of API integration, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

·        Experience with unit testing using frameworks such as pytest or unittest.

·        Proficient in managing virtual environments using tools like venv, conda, or pyenv.

·        Hands-on experience with modern IDEs such as VS Code or PyCharm, and familiarity with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor

Databases & Data Handling:

·        Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

·        Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries and handling data migrations

·        Familiarity with ORM tools such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.

·        Proficient in managing virtual environments using tools like venv, conda, or pyenv.

·        Hands-on experience with modern IDEs such as VS Code or PyCharm, and familiarity with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor

Good to Have:

·        Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.

·        Exposure to Kubernetes for orchestration.

·        Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

·        Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

·        Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's/master’s in related fields

·        Knowledge of risk management and regulatory areas would be preferred eg. Basel, Stress Testing, Capital Management, ICAAP, Risk Based Supervision, Risk Modelling, Analytics

·        Knowledge of programming on SAS, R, Python would be desirable

Location and way of working

·        Base location: Bangalore

·        This profile involves occasional travelling to client location
