Your work profile
- We are seeking an experienced Cyber PMO to lead delivery and governance for a mainframe SDLC transformation program.
- This role will drive end-to-end project and program execution, ensure the new solution meets governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- Experience: The ideal candidate brings minimum 8 years of project and program management experience in complex enterprise IT environments, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global delivery.
- Lead end-to-end delivery for a team, program, or value stream, delivery governance, and project management discipline. You’ll enable teams to deliver outcomes predictably, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility and control from initiation through to go-live and benefits realization.
Key Skills Required:
- Good understanding and experience of regulatory standards and concepts within Operational Resilience, Controls design & monitoring, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, and/ or Enterprise Risk Management
- Experience of designing & implementing governance models as well as operating model design.
- Support the design and ongoing delivery of MI to provide an effective overview of operational resilience, and demonstrate compliance to both local regulatory requirements and global frameworks.
- Regularly review Ml to produce data insights, identify trends, and common themes. Ensure these insights are properly reported across relevant governance channels, and collaborate with the Vulnerability Management team to ensure these are actioned to improve underlying resilience.
- Support governance committees understand their compliance to relevant regulatory requirements
- Own and maintain standardized governance documentation templates, identifying opportunities for uplift to enhance management ability to oversee and mange resilience.
- Support the presentation of governance reporting to senior stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for operational resilience for senior stakeholders
- Track, monitor, and manage to completion any actions captured at senior governance committees
- Maintain records of governance reporting to demonstrate compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare presentation, reports and perform data analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
