Job Title:  Deputy Manager | SAP Concur | Bangalore | Accounting & Reporting Assurance

Role Overview 

We are looking for a SAP Concur Travel Consultant with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Concur Travel configuration, implementation, testing, and production support. The candidate should be able to understand business travel requirements and translate them into Concur Travel configurations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Configure and maintain SAP Concur Travel based on business and travel policy requirements. 

• Configure Travel Policy Rules for airfare, hotel, car rental, travel approvals, and policy compliance. 

• Configure policy conditions, exceptions, thresholds, and approval requirements. 

• Manage global, regional, and country-level travel configurations. 

• Configure and maintain travel profiles, employee groups, preferred suppliers, and travel-related settings. 

• Work with TMCs, GDS, suppliers, and SAP Concur Support to resolve configuration and booking issues. 

• Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and configuration validation. 

• Troubleshoot policy and booking issues and identify the underlying configuration. 

• Support Concur Travel implementations, enhancements, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. 

• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional configuration specifications. 

• Maintain configuration documentation and support change management activities. 
  
  

Required Skills 

• 4–6 years of hands-on SAP Concur Travel experience. 

• Strong knowledge of Concur Travel configuration and Travel Policy. 

• Experience with Air, Hotel, Car Rental, and Travel Policy configurations. 

• Experience with policy rules, exceptions, approvals, and supplier configuration. 

• Good understanding of Concur Travel implementation and support processes. 

• Experience in SIT/UAT, defect management, and troubleshooting. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 

• Education: Any full time graduation

• SAP Concur certification. 

• Concur Expense experience. 

• Knowledge of TMC/GDS and Concur integrations. 

• Experience supporting global Concur Travel programs.
