Your work profile
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to warehouse and inventory management processes.
Design and configure SAP WM and/or SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in line with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Configure and support warehouse organizational structures including Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Storage Bins, and Picking Areas.
Configure and support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
Design and configure putaway, picking, replenishment, stock transfer, and physical inventory processes.
Configure handling unit management, packaging specifications, and serial/batch management.
Support RF (Radio Frequency) and mobile warehouse operations.
Configure warehouse process types, storage process determination, and warehouse task management (EWM).
Work closely with business users during workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training.
Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and Go-Live support.
Provide production support and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines.
Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies and documentation standards.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Warehouse organizational structure
- Inbound Logistics
- Outbound Logistics
- Internal Warehouse Processes
- Inventory Management
- Putaway Strategies
- Picking Strategies
- Replenishment
- Physical Inventory
- Batch Management
- Serial Number Management
- Handling Unit Management
- Warehouse Monitoring
- Experience in warehouse master data configuration.
- Experience with RF transactions and mobile warehouse solutions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse execution and logistics business processes.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.

SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP PP (Production Planning)
SAP QM (Quality Management)
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
SAP TM (Transportation Management) – Preferred
SAP GTS – Good to have
