Cyber Security Program Management

About the Role:

Looking for a Cyber Security Program Management professional to support and drive the Cyber Program for clients. The role involves coordinating Cyber assessment activities, managing vendor resources, ensuring smooth program execution, and supporting governance and process improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end cyber assessment activities between client stakeholders and vendor resources.
  • Ensure assessments are completed within defined timelines and track the overall progress of the program.
  • Manage vendor resources (contingent workers) throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, access provisioning, training compliance, and offboarding.
  • Ensure all vendor resources meet mandatory access, certification, and training requirements as per client policies.
  • Work closely with internal and vendor teams on process refinement and identify opportunities to streamline program execution.
  • Maintain and manage a centralized tracker/dashboard to monitor testing status, timelines, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with vendor resources to resolve blockers related to cyber activities, access, or any other operational dependencies as the first point of contact.
  • Provide weekly updates to business units and monthly updates to leadership on overall program progress and key milestones.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual activities (e.g., Excel-based tracking, reporting).
  • Support program governance by preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries.

 

  • Experience with JIRA for project management and dashboarding.
  • Experience in managing vendor resource operations, including access management, compliance tracking, and training.
  • Exposure to vendor governance activities such as performance assessment and process compliance checks.
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, networking concepts, and Agile methodologies.

 

 Required Qualification:

  • Any Graduation degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management, vendor management, Cyber assessment coordination.

Location: Bangalore (4 days work from office - ORR)
