Digital Adoption Technical Professional 

About the Role: 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Adoption Technical Professional to join our WalkMe/WhatFix team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and deploying engaging, impactful Digital Adoption Solutions for our clients across various platforms. You will work independently on client projects, while also collaborating with internal stakeholders and potentially supporting pre-sales activities like technical meetings and RFP creation. 
Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to establish a deep understanding of client goals and business objectives. 

  • Understand client needs and translate them into effective Digital Adoption Solutions. 

  • Apply technical abilities, UX knowledge and creativity to build and deliver solutions to client problems and troubleshoot their issues.  

  • Utilize WalkMe/WhatFix features and capabilities to provide a seamless user experience. 

  • Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance checks before deploying solution content. 

  • Monitor and analyze solution usage data to measure success and make improvements. 

  • Stay up to date on the latest Digital Adoption innovations and best practices. 

  • Support pre-sales activities such as technical meetings to scope, design, and document client requirements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with WalkMe or WhatFix platform, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities. 

  • Experience working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities. 

  • Ability to independently manage several development requests simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines. 

  • Experience with web development, UI/UX design, and CSS, and jQuery. 

  • Experience working with diverse software applications and functionalities. 

  • Experience with testing, deployment, and maintenance of WalkMe / WhatFix content. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • WalkMe /WhatFix Certified Expert/Advanced Professional (preferred) 

Work Location: 

  • Hybrid: Primarily based in the Bangalore office however might vary depending on client requirements.
