Your work profile
- Define and execute AWS cloud strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning with business objectives and transformation goals.
- Lead enterprise-scale AWS platform engineering, including Landing Zones, Control Tower, and multi-account governance frameworks.
- Establish and enforce cloud governance, security, and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK, with reusable modules and automation patterns.
- Oversee reliability engineering and SRE practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and resilience engineering.
- Implement end-to-end observability frameworks using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, and APM tools.
- Lead cloud cost optimization (FinOps) initiatives, including rightsizing, savings plans, and ROI tracking.
- Govern a portfolio of AWS transformation programs, managing delivery, risks, dependencies, and executive communication.
- Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure integrated and secure cloud solutions.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across cloud architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE
