- Deep industry experience in Technology/Media/Telecommunication; Financial Services; Consumer & Manufacturing
- Leadership experience in building and managing multiple projects and teams; independently leading business development initiatives
Director - HR Tech Development
Role Expectations:
- Leading delivery of transformative AI and Digital Solutions for Employee Experience and HR functional optimization
- Deep capability and experience in leading niche programming teams, developing and deployment in-house developed and specialized Digital/AI applications
Core Experience:
- Experience in conceptualizing, designing and developing specialized digital HR applications (includes AI-powered solutions)
- Leading E2E deployment of HR Tech-Solutions in multi-platform environments
- Leading complex integrations and data architecture projects
- Knowledge and experience in HR Function, HR-AI use case design/libraries, software programming and generative/machine learning models
- Leadership experience in building and managing multiple projects and teams; leading business development initiatives
