Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end data engineering initiatives from demand management through design to implementation.
• Drive architecture and delivery of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, proactively communicating project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Lead internal consulting engagements, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Align projects with organizational IT governance, tools, processes, and delivery methodologies.
• Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and implementation of best practices in data lineage and documentation.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring project progress, timelines, and quality standards.

Key skills required

• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Informatica and ETL-based data integration.
• Expertise in SQL, data pipelines, orchestration tools, data lineage, and data documentation practices.
• Good understanding of data architecture principles and data modeling techniques.
• Proven experience working as a Data Engineering Architect or Lead.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in applying governance frameworks, project methodologies, and quality standards in delivery.
