Your work profile:
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to join our Large Deals team. This role is part of the Solution Hub and will be responsible for designing and validating holistic solutions for large, complex client pursuits. The primary focus will be ERP transformation and managed services (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), with integration into infrastructure, applications, data, and operations. The role is critical to winning large multi-year pursuits by ensuring our solutions are architecturally sound, commercially competitive, and delivery-assured.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Solution Leadership: Own the end-to-end solution design for large pursuits, integrating ERP with cloud, infrastructure, application maintenance, and operations.
· Bid Solutioning: Translate client RFP requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions; collaborate with delivery SMEs and pricing teams.
· Validation & Assurance: Review and challenge proposed solutions across technology and service dimensions to ensure feasibility, compliance, and value.
· Innovation & Differentiation: Infuse proposals with next-gen levers (automation, AI, accelerators, ecosystem partnerships).
· Collaboration & Knowledge Assets: Work with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystem while contributing to reusable solution components, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.

Required Qualifications & Skills:x
- 15+ years of consulting experience with progressive leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Exceptional client management and business development skills.
- Deep expertise in your consulting domain (strategy, technology, operations, human capital, etc.).
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client portfolios.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
- Established reputation as a thought leader in your domain.
- Experience working in global/matrixed organizations.
- Ability to influence at senior executive levels both within Deloitte and client organizations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
