Your work profile
As a Director in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
- Lead delivery of large-scale, complex engagements spanning HR operating models, process redesign, technology, and digital strategy
- Build, evolve, and continuously refine proprietary HR Tech and Digital Strategy assets, frameworks, and accelerators that differentiate the firm's market offerings
- Take accountability for the relevance and market fit of owned solutions, refining them based on client feedback and emerging HR technology trends
- Drive Tech ROI optimization strategies across multiple HR platform environments (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow)
- Drive cross-service line collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions
- Provide strategic oversight of program management, including risk, issue resolution, and governance
- Maintain ultimate accountability for quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction across all work products
- Build, manage, and scale multiple project teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Desired qualifications/ certification
- Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting (preferably with leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
Skills required:
- Strong prioritization and execution skills, consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and structured research and analysis.
- Solid understanding of HR transformation, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging HR trends.
- Experienced in developing functional requirements and applying structured design thinking approaches.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
