The team drives large-scale mainframe modernization and enterprise transformation for Tier-1 global banks. It combines deep technical expertise with business development and delivery leadership to modernize legacy platforms, accelerate cloud adoption, and build future-ready digital capabilities for global financial institutions.

Your work profile

• Lead mainframe modernization and cloud transformation programs for global banking clients.
• Drive business development, strategic pursuits, revenue growth, and client relationships.
• Lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Advise CIOs and CTOs on enterprise modernization and digital transformation.
• Build and scale modernization practices, capabilities, and strategic alliances.
• Drive modernization of IBM Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, and JCL.
• Leverage cloud-native architectures and AI-led modernization to transform legacy platforms.
  
  

Key skills required: 

• 15–20 years of experience, including 6–10 years of international client exposure.
• Proven experience leading large-scale modernization programs for Tier-1 global banks.
• Strong expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, PL/I, CICS, IMS, DB2, and JCL.
• Experience in cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record in business development, practice building, and revenue growth.
• Experience leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs and advising CIOs/CTOs.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, AI-led modernization, and enterprise transformation.
• Experience building strategic alliances and managing senior global client relationships.
