Position Summary


As a Director in the Oracle Fusion ERP portfolio at Deloitte, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation engagements, managing strategic client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and guiding teams in delivering high-impact solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other functional domains. You will act as a trusted advisor to client CXOs and ensure delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Leadership & Delivery Oversight
  2. Lead the delivery of multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Projects, HCM, etc.) ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes aligned to client objectives. 
  3. Oversee program governance, quality management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple client portfolios. 
  4. Manage large multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and ensure adherence to Deloitte’s delivery and risk management standards. 
  5. Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.
  6. Client & Account Management
  7. Serve as senior client partner for key accounts within the Oracle portfolio. 
  8. Build and maintain executive-level relationships (CFO, CIO, CHRO, etc.). 
  9. Identify opportunities for value enhancement, transformation, and managed services. 
  10. Support contract renewals, change management, and commercial negotiations.
  11. Business Development & Practice Growth
  12. Drive business development, proposal management, and pre-sales activities for Oracle Cloud ERP opportunities. 
  13. Contribute to go-to-market strategy, solution architecture, and pricing models. 
  14. Lead thought leadership initiatives, point-of-view papers, and participation in industry events. 
  15. Mentor managers and senior consultants to grow the next generation of Oracle leaders.
  16. People Leadership & Talent Development
  17. Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams across Oracle functional and technical areas. 
  18. Drive capability development, certifications, and knowledge sharing within the Oracle practice. 
  19. Foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment.


Required Qualifications

- 15–20+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in a leadership/director capacity. 

- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement, Projects). 

- Proven experience leading large, multi-country Oracle Cloud transformation programs (budget > USD 5M). 

- Strong understanding of delivery governance, program management, and risk management. 

- Experience in consulting, pre-sales, and client relationship management in a Big 4 or Tier-1 systems integrator environment. 

- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. 


Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Cloud certifications in Finance/SCM/Procurement. 

- Experience with Oracle SaaS–PaaS integration, analytics, and change management. 

- Exposure to industry domains such as manufacturing, public sector, energy, or BFSI. 

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

- Sales pipeline contribution and win rate. 

- Practice development contributions (IP, training, frameworks).
