Your work profile

·  Drive market growth by leveraging networks to open new client opportunities and expand into emerging service areas.

·  Lead high-value business development pursuits and represent the firm at industry forums to strengthen brand presence.

·  Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic relationship building and cross-selling of services.

·  Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, aligning transformation initiatives with business goals.

·  Provide executive oversight on large transformation programs, ensuring quality delivery and risk compliance.

·  Identify and expand opportunities within client ecosystems through strong stakeholder management.

·  Develop thought leadership on organization design and future-of-work trends, integrating global best practices.

·  Contribute to practice strategy, build team capabilities, and mentor senior professionals.

·  Manage resources and oversee project risks in complex, high-stakes environments.

 

Key skills required: 

·  12–15+ years of experience in Business Development within Strategic Advisory, Business Transformation, or Human Capital Consulting, preferably across BFSI, Technology, or GCC sectors

·  Strong track record of originating, negotiating, and closing high-value consulting engagements

·  Strategic thinking with the ability to link organizational design to industry trends, regulatory changes, and business drivers

·  Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence C-suite and global stakeholders

·  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or PGDM from a Tier 1 institute
