Your work profile

• Lead SAP Analytics engagements across platforms including BW, BW/4HANA, ABAP CDS, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, managing high-impact client relationships and strategic discussions.
• Own and execute go-to-market strategies, including RFP responses, pursuit execution, and solution positioning.
• Expand service offerings and drive business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead and mentor large delivery teams (100+ FTEs), fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing shared services and embedding AI-driven analytics solutions.

Key skills required

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Analytics delivery with deep expertise across BW, BW/4HANA, ABAP CDS, Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and emerging SAP data platforms.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and go-to-market activities including RFPs and large deal pursuits.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, especially with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and managing complex, global engagements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L for service lines or large programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in driving innovation, including AI-led analytics transformations.
