Job Summary:

As a Director in Deloitte’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) practice, you will lead the design, delivery, and management of integrated technology solutions leveraging SAP BTP and related platforms. You will drive business transformation by enabling cloud-native applications, data management, and intelligent technologies to meet client objectives, managing large teams and stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of SAP Business Technology Platform solutions for complex client engagements.
• Drive cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives utilizing SAP BTP capabilities (including SAP HANA, Analytics, Integration, Extension Suite, and AI/ML services).
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
• Manage large project teams and vendor relationships to ensure successful implementation and support.
• Develop roadmaps and frameworks for clients to leverage BTP for innovation and agility.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP BTP trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements in solution delivery.
• Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering skills in SAP BTP and cloud technologies.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals and client engagements.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, with a strong focus on SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in delivering SAP BTP or similar cloud-based technology solutions.

Skills:

• Deep expertise in SAP BTP components including SAP HANA, Analytics Cloud, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and AI/ML services.
• Strong architectural and solution design skills for cloud-native applications.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications related to SAP BTP or SAP Cloud Platform.
• Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
