Your work profile

• Drive SAP GRC & Security practice leadership, building and scaling capabilities, service offerings, and strategic client relationships to support long-term business growth objectives.
• Orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including solution development, alliance-led pursuits, joint offerings, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the SAP GRC & Security portfolio, ensuring engagements contribute to revenue growth, client success, and market differentiation.
• Support the development of multi-year practice strategies, aligning sales, delivery, alliances, innovation, and capability-building initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk leaders, alliance partners, and internal leadership teams.
• Lead practice governance, including business reviews, portfolio performance tracking, delivery oversight, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Drive internal alignment by mobilizing cross-functional teams across consulting, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, sales, and delivery functions.
• Serve as the primary advisor for SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, managing escalations and ensuring seamless execution across global teams.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities, identifying new opportunities, leading pursuits, and building industry-focused SAP Security and GRC solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to enhance market visibility, including solution positioning, thought leadership, campaigns, and event strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and developing future leaders.
• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable SAP environments across global enterprises.
