Your work profile

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Director – SAP GRC & Security to lead, scale, and mature our SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practice. This role requires a blend of deep SAP GRC domain expertise, large-scale delivery leadership, client advisory capability, and practice-building experience within a consulting environment.
• The Director will be responsible for strategy, revenue growth, solution innovation, complex program delivery, and senior client stakeholder management, while building high-performing teams and future leaders.

Key skills required

Practice & Business Leadership

• Own and grow the SAP GRC & Security practice, including revenue targets, pipeline development, and market positioning.
• Define and execute the practice strategy, service offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and alliance teams to drive joint solutions and pursuits.
• Support firm leadership in market expansion, account mining, and cross-service collaboration.

Client Advisory & Engagement Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and Risk leaders on SAP security, controls, compliance, and transformation programs.
• Lead large, complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with a strong focus on security and GRC design.
• Provide strategic guidance on SoD, access governance, role redesign, risk remediation, and compliance automation.
• Own executive-level governance, escalation management, and value realization for marquee clients.

Delivery & Solution Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP GRC and Security engagements, including:
• SAP GRC Access Control (AC)
• Process Control (PC)
• Risk Management (RM)
• SAP IAG (IAS / IPS)
• SAP Security for ECC & S/4HANA
• Fiori security, HANA authorizations, Cloud & hybrid landscapes
• Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability of delivery across multiple accounts and geographies.
• Drive adoption of automation, accelerators, and innovative delivery models.

People & Talent Leadership

• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing SAP GRC & Security teams across levels.
• Develop future leaders through structured coaching, capability building, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience with 8–10+ years in SAP Security & GRC, preferably in Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firms.
• Proven experience at Associate Director / Director level, owning large portfolios or strategic accounts.
• Deep hands-on and advisory expertise in:
• SAP GRC (AC, PC, RM)
• SAP Security (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA)
• Identity & Access Governance integrations
• Strong experience leading large transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA, global rollouts).
• Demonstrated success in business development, proposals, pursuits, and client expansions.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications (GRC, Security, S/4HANA) – preferred.
• Experience with multi-country compliance (SOX, ITGC, GDPR, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud security and IAM integrations is an advantage.
• Experience working with global delivery models and offshore teams.
