Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with primary expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives, including solution design, proposal creation, and pre-sales support.
• Oversee project governance, delivery management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across SAP engagements.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional consulting teams, fostering delivery excellence and capability development.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams across SAP MM, FI/CO, TM, and CRM/CX to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Ensure successful implementation of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Support strategic planning and organizational growth within the SAP consulting practice.

Key skills required

• 18+ years of SAP consulting experience with extensive expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and SAP best practices.
• Domain expertise in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, solutioning, and proposal management.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and complex SAP transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
