Director – DSA Practice Implementation

Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Director to build and lead the DSA (Digital Supply Chain & Analytics) Practice Implementation function, driving SAP-led transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP DSA implementation and transformation programs.
- Define practice strategy, delivery model, architecture, and implementation roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP BTP and related supply-chain solutions.
- Lead solution architecture, design reviews, delivery governance, and technical quality.
- Drive large-scale client engagements, stakeholder management, and executive relationships.
- Build and mentor high-performing SAP consulting and implementation teams.
- Support business development, proposals, estimations, and practice growth.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on/architectural expertise in SAP Supply Chain / DSA solutions.
- Experience leading large SAP transformation and implementation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, TM, BTP and integration technologies.
- Excellent understanding of supply-chain processes and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, client-facing, consulting, and program-management capabilities.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar SAP engagements.
