Your work profile
- Lead Oracle alliance and sales strategy for the South India region, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and develop Oracle professional services opportunities through deep understanding of client needs, enabling upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and maintain strategic account maps, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and growth opportunities.
- Foster and manage Oracle alliances, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing joint value creation.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from opportunity generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional client experience.
- Drive and manage a qualified sales pipeline, ensuring strong deal governance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal approvals, solutioning, and delivery alignment.
- Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including events, roadshows, and workshops to promote offerings.
- Monitor and review pipeline health and sales performance, driving consistent cadence in sales and alliance reviews.
- Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.
