• Lead HR Transformation initiatives, building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to exceed delivery expectations.
• Drive strategic alliance management with OEM partners, including joint business planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Own revenue growth and pipeline development through partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
• Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and enablement programs.
• Act as the primary liaison for OEM partners, managing executive relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR, talent, and organizational transformation programs.
• Leverage analytics and market insights to shape strategic decisions and enhance solution offerings.
• Ensure alignment of alliance objectives with broader business and growth strategy.
